About the Event

2020 caused an unprecedented shift to digital platforms and services and this increase means IT disruptions are far more likely to hurt the bottom line. A survey conducted by ITIC found that for 98 percent of organizations, a single hour of downtime costs more than $100,000.How can you improve business operations in the world we are living in today? Without proper event and incident management tools and processes in place, critical events may fall through the cracks, and companies risk failing to fulfill their service-level agreements, including the provision of satisfactory service back to the business.

Join us for a webinar with our partner AlertOps, where we'll cover:

1. How to easily aggregate and prioritize events, to reduce alert noise

2. What it looks like to leverage tight integrations and workflows to build your dream automation

3. How to easily handle any on-call scenario with dynamic escalation and SLA management.

4. How to improve stakeholder communication

5. What it takes to build a 'smart' alert
