Meet the speakers:

Scott Valler, a Senior Solutions Architect and Consultant, is an IT leader with more than 26 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Service Management, Customer Support, and Mechanical Engineering.  Scott’s broad knowledge and experience enable him to design and implement innovative solutions that help our customers leverage the Cherwell Service Management platform across their entire business footprint.  Throughout his 10 years working within the Cherwell ecosystem, Scott has been an active member of the Cherwell Community, built many specialty Mergeable Applications (mApps), and mentored numerous Cherwell Administrators.

Greg Woodruff has 30 years of experience in the IT industry and specializes in the areas of .NET software development, relational database design and modeling, data migration, and API implementation. He has worn many hats during his extensive career including lead developer, customer service, product installation/maintenance, and network administration. Greg has been working in the ITSM realm for the past 5 years and is certified as a Professional Engineer and Support in Cherwell. As a seasoned troubleshooter, Greg enjoys problem-solving and providing creative solutions for a client’s requirements. Greg is very passionate about his work and is dedicated to securing his client’s success and satisfaction.
